5月15日盘后，佳源服务(01153.HK)公告，有关阮红女士连任非执行董事的第2(a)项决议案在股东周年大会上未获得通过，因此，阮女士自股东周年大会结束后立即退任非执行董事。另外，有关重选蔡思韬先生为独立非执行董事的议案获得通过。

　　佳源服务当天在香港举行股东周年大会，并就多项普通决议案进行投票表决。会上提呈的6项普通决议案中，第2(a)项关于重选阮红为非执行董事的议案，以0票赞成、450,162,046票反对，即100%反对的结果遭到否决。因此，阮红自股东周年大会结束后即时退任非执行董事职务。

　　公开资料显示，阮红，64岁，2011年获同济大学工商管理硕士，拥有逾40年会计及财务经验，获评高级经济师职称，并在2017年取得独立董事资格。

　　2024年7月，阮红加入佳源服务体系，出任两家全资附属公司——浙江智想大成物业服务集团及浙江禾源物业的总裁。2025年2月28日，阮红获委任佳源服务非执行董事。彼时双方订立的委任函，初步为期三年。

　　公告指出，截至公告发布日，未收到阮红就与董事会存在分歧的任何通知，董事会亦不知悉任何有关其退任而需提请股东及港交所关注的事项。

　　佳源服务主要从事提供物业管理服务。

　　佳源服务4月23日披露2025年度报告。报告期内，公司实现营业收入8.21亿元，同比下降4.37%；归母净利润1.29亿元，同比增长1482.13%；经营活动产生的现金流量净额为3559.6万元，同比下降2.84%。
