公开资料显示，梦龙是联合利华(Unilever)于2025年12月分拆独立上市的全球冰淇淋企业，旗下拥有‌梦龙(Magnum)‌、‌可爱多(Klondike)‌、‌和路雪‌等品牌。联合利华在完成历时近两年的复杂分拆程序后，仍持有梦龙冰淇淋的19.9%股权。其曾公开表示，计划在未来五年内全面退出这项投资。

梦龙于4月公布一季度报告，其中一季度营收录得17.7 亿欧元，扭转了上季度大幅不及预期的局面。公司目标实现营收增长与盈利能力提升，预计2026年内生销售额增长3%–5%，调整后息税折旧摊销前利润率将提升40至60个基点。

相关磋商预计将持续至第三季度，各潜在买家正等待梦龙冰淇淋公布关键的夏季销售数据。消息人士称，由于公司大部分收入集中于夏季，相关数据对估值至关重要。
