Cosmo Lady (China)'s (HKG:2298) executive director, Wu Xiaoli, acquired nearly 2.4 million additional ordinary shares in the firm, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares were purchased from the market between April 23 and May 18 at an average price of around HK$0.442 per share.
Wu, the spouse of Chairman and substantial shareholder Zheng Yaonan, has purchased over 8.3 million, or 0.37%, shares in the company as of May 18.
