凤凰网科技讯 （作者/许婧）5月19日，据鞭牛士获悉，东方甄选公关副总裁李国训已于约半年前离职，目前尚未公布新的任职去向。
公开资料显示，李国训毕业于中国人民大学，早期曾在《中国电子报》《财经时报》担任资深记者，专注IT与互联网领域报道，后于2009年至2015年间加入腾讯科技频道。其职业生涯横跨多家知名企业，曾任一亩田集团市场副总裁、携程集团高级总监、VIPKID公关副总裁及元气森林公关副总裁。2022年8月，李国训加入东方甄选担任品牌中心总经理，向时任CEO孙东旭汇报；2023年晋升为副总裁，统筹品牌、公关、市场、政府关系及行业事务，直至2025年底离职。
值得注意的是，自2023年底“小作文”事件以来，东方甄选经历了一系列高层与核心主播的人事动荡。2023年12月，时任CEO孙东旭被免职，并于2025年11月彻底离职；2025年12月，新东方元老孙进出任执行总裁。主播团队方面，董宇辉、顿顿、明明、天权、中灿、林林等六位核心主播先后于2024年7月至2026年4月期间离职。李国训的离任也是这一轮组织调整中的一环。
