智通财经APP讯，中环新能源(01735)发布公告，于2026年5月19日，苏州黑冕光电科技有限公司(苏州黑冕)与本公司间接全资附属公司中环低碳新能源(安徽)集团有限公司(中环低碳)订立合作协议，据此，该协议各订约方(各称订约方，统称订约各方)拟透过与南京航空航天大学(南京航大)合作，共同开发适用于太空应用(例如卫星、空间站及其他航天器)的钙钛矿╱晶硅叠层光伏电池技术。就此，订约各方拟基于平等、互利及诚实信用原则成立合资公司(合资公司)作为该项目的载体，以推动太空光伏产品的技术研发、中试验证及后续产业化。
合作内容：1.与南京航大合作，共同研发钙钛矿╱晶硅叠层电池的核心技术;2.建立中试生产线，对大尺寸电池进行中试验证;3.建立空间环境适应性测试及评估系统;4.成立合资公司，以推动技术产业化及商业营运。
董事会相信，该协议拟订立及概述的合作框架将使本集团能够利用其在新能源项目开发及营运方面的经验及能力。董事会亦相信，合作可拓展本集团的业务机遇、扩大其收入来源并加强其财务表现。因此，董事会认为与苏州黑冕的合作将有利于本集团的未来增长，并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
