消息面上，5 月 19 日，亚当・阿伦以每股 1.3774 美元的加权平均价格，购入 AMC 25 万股股票，交易金额约 34.44 万美元。此次交易完成后，其直接持有的公司股份增至超过 243 万股。阿伦还在 X 平台发帖表态，称自身对 AMC 及 2026 至 2027 年票房充满信心，此次增持是用自有资金践行承诺，同时重申对散户投资者的支持。
本月初，AMC 披露的 2026 年第一季度业绩呈现回暖态势。尽管调整后每股亏损 0.36 美元，略高于分析师预期，但营收同比增长 21.7% 至 10.5 亿美元，超出市场预期。阿伦当时表示，公司实现了疫情以来最强劲的一季度 EBITDA，业绩改善得益于国内业务的强劲表现及欧洲业务的显著好转。
