劳氏(LOW)跌2% 季报喜忧参半 全年展望维持不变

金吾财讯 | 建材家居零售商劳氏(LOW)绩后走低，跌幅一度达4%，现报214美元，跌1.99%

消息面上，劳氏（LOW）发布 2026 财年一季度财报，线上销售回暖与专业承包商需求支撑业绩超预期，但同店增速放缓及地产市场不确定性压制市场绪，公司维持全年指引不变。

财报数据显示，劳氏一季度营收 231 亿美元，同比增长 10.4%，较市场预期高出 2.2 亿美元；调整后每股收益 3.03 美元，同样优于预期。不过，期内同店销售额仅增 0.6%，不及预期，触发周三盘前股价一度下跌 3.8%；截至周二收盘，该股年内累计跌幅达 9.5%。

面对楼市低迷与燃油成本上行压力，劳氏重申全年业绩展望：每股收益 12.25-12.75 美元，销售额 920-940 亿美元，同比增 7%-9%；同店销售额预计持平至增长 2%。行业分析师指出，公司专业客户贡献约 30% 销售额，近期相关领域收购或短期挤压利润率，但长期利好市场份额提升。

值得关注的是，美国住宅建筑商信心已现回升迹象，但消费端仍受成本压力制约。作为家得宝的主要竞争对手，劳氏在巩固专业客户与线上渠道的同时，仍需在疲软地产周期中平衡增长与盈利，其全年业绩兑现能力待进一步验证。
