ChainCatcher 消息，据 CNBC 报道，金融科技公司 Mercury 宣布完成 2 亿美元新一轮融资，TCV 领投，红杉资本（Sequoia Capital）、Andreessen Horowitz（a16z）与 Coatue Management 等机构参投。
Mercury 主要为初创企业提供银行服务，目前客户超过 30 万家，并实现约 6.5 亿美元年化收入，该公司表示近期 AI 创业热潮显著带动新公司注册与账户开立需求，成为其增长的重要驱动因素。
与此同时，Mercury 还宣布已获得美国货币监理署（OCC）有条件批准，计划申请联邦银行牌照，以拓展贷款、支付网络（如 Zelle）接入能力，并降低对合作银行依赖，该公司创始人表示，未来目标仍是独立上市而非被收购。
