消息面上，据报道，印度尼西亚总统普拉博沃向议会表示，印尼将成立一家国有企业，负责管理包括棕榈油、煤炭和铁合金在内的自然资源出口销售。总统表示，该政策旨在优化政府收入、加强监管、打击低开发票行为。如果这些问题得到解决，潜在可节省1500亿美元。
国盛证券此前发布研报称，中国秦发印尼煤炭业务增长势头强劲。2025年全年，SDE煤矿原煤产量达542万吨，同比增长111%；洗选煤产量达314.7万吨，同比大幅增长922%。该行指出，SDE一矿的产能爬坡进展顺利，凸显未来产能增长路径清晰且确定性高。
