Virtuix Says Rutgers University Deploys Omni One Platform for Autism Therapy Research

Virtuix (VTIX) said Wednesday that Rutgers University has deployed its Omni One treadmill platform for research centered on neurodivergent therapy, including autism therapy for children.
Financial details were not provided.
The project will explore how virtual environments combined with full-body movement on the Omni One system may improve learning outcomes, the company said.
Omni treadmills allow users to walk and run in 360 degrees inside video games and other virtual reality applications, the company said.
Shares of the company were up 2.4% in early Wednesday trading.
