消息面上，宜明昂科近日宣布，公司自主研发的阿沐瑞芙普α（IMM0306），在原发性干燥综合征（pSS）适应症的新药临床试验申请已正式获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准。这一进展标志着宜明昂科在自身免疫性疾病领域的创新药物研发版图再次迎来重要突破。
此次pSS适应症IND的获批，是宜明昂科“自免管线全面推进”战略的又一重要成果。IMM0306的系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、IgG4相关疾病（IgG4-RD）等多个重磅适应症的临床研究稳步推进中，SLE的Ib期临床数据将于2026 EULAR会议中展出。近年来，依托“mAb-Trap”技术平台的强大延展性，宜明昂科在自身免疫性疾病领域构建了丰富且具深度的产品管线。
