智通财经APP获悉，专注于研发高自由度机械手的中国机器人初创公司灵心巧手(Linkerbot)据报正考虑在香港进行首次公开募股(IPO)。报道指，灵心巧手已聘请招银国际、中信证券及汇丰安排最早可能在今年进行的股票发售事宜。相关讨论仍进行中，部分知情人士称若计划得以推进，灵心巧手或通过上市集资数亿美元。
灵心巧手本月表示将在下一轮融资中寻求达到60亿美元(468亿港元)估值，相当于刚完成一轮融资估值的两倍。灵心巧手此前完成B+轮融资，估值达30亿美元。
灵心巧手早期投资者包括阿里巴巴(09988)旗下蚂蚁集团和红杉中国。至于在最新一轮融资中，国资背景的中关村科技城基金、中国银行资产管理公司和复星创富均参与其中。
公开资料显示，灵心巧手专注于灵巧手和云端智能核心技术，通过打造具身智能平台，推动2B和2C市场发展。该公司提供卓越的LinkerHand产品，为全球用户提供创新高效的自动化解决方案。
