现场画面流出后，网友发现黄仁勋指甲呈现灰褐色且有增厚迹象，这一细节迅速引发网友热议，黄仁勋指甲的相关话题也快速冲上热搜。

部分人依据指甲变色、增厚的特征，笃定是真菌感染的灰指甲。
另一部分人则认为，63岁的黄仁勋长期高强度工作，指甲异常可能是自然老化、长期敲键盘磨损或旧伤色素沉着所致。

针对网友热议，浙江省中山医院美容皮肤科吴妍静副主任中医师给出专业回应。
她表示，仅从照片看，指甲状态与灰指甲有相似处，但无真菌镜检无法确诊，肉眼观察不能作为诊断依据。
医学上，灰指甲即甲癣，是真菌侵犯指甲引发的病变，典型症状为指甲变黄灰、增厚变脆、表面粗糙，甚至与甲床分离。
吴妍静补充，指甲出现类似症状并非只有灰指甲一种可能。
指甲营养不良、银屑病甲改变、湿疹或扁平苔藓累及指甲、慢性甲沟炎、外伤或职业刺激这五种情况，均会导致指甲增厚、颜色异常。
她强调，灰指甲确诊需靠真菌镜检，显微镜下找到菌丝或孢子才是关键证据，必要时还需做真菌培养。
