智通财经APP讯，帝国科技集团(00776)发布公告，于2025年11月3日，本公司的直接全资附属公司帝国云透过其投资经理认购本金额为3000万港元(相当于约385.9万美元)的票据。
票据其后于2026年3月30日悉数赎回，本集团于赎回时收取约3109.3万港元(包括经扣除适用费用后的利息收入净额约109.3万港元)。
认购事项属本集团财务管理及现金优化活动，并由本公司执行董事正式批准。董事认为认购事项的条款乃按一般商业条款订立，属公平合理，且认购事项符合本公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
