Da Ming International (HKG:1090) granted nearly 2 million award shares to eight employees as bonuses under an employee incentive scheme, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Of the total, 500,000 award shares were granted to Ni Chen, who will join the board as an executive director effective June 1.
