金吾财讯 | 中环新能源(01735)发布公告，于2026年5月19日，苏州黑冕光电科技有限公司与其间接全资附属公司中环低碳新能源(安徽)集团有限公司订立合作协议。据此，该协议各订约方拟透过与南京航空航天大学合作，共同开发适用于太空应用(例如卫星、空间站及其他航天器)的钙钛矿╱晶硅叠层光伏电池技术。订约各方拟基于平等、互利及诚实信用原则成立合资公司作为该项目的载体，以推动太空光伏产品的技术研发、中试验证及后续产业化。合资公司注册资本将为人民币500万元，由中环低碳及苏州黑冕分别持有55%及45%。
