智通财经APP获悉，科创50ETF集体走强，截至发稿，PP科创50(03151)涨2.83%，报12.73港元；南方科创板50(03109)涨2.75%，报17.53港元；博时科创50(02832)涨2.4%，报13.2港元。
消息面上，截至5月20日，科创50指数午后涨幅扩大逾3%，再创历史新高。据中国证监会官网5月19日消息，中信证券、中信建投发布长江存储控股股份有限公司首次公开发行股票并上市辅导备案报告。此前，长鑫存储亦更新了在科创板的招股说明书，重新进入上市审核流程。国盛证券认为，AI浪潮驱动存储高景气，两存扩产进程预计显著提速。
南方基金的基金经理郑晓曦观点表示，坚定看好半导体自主可控主线，原因一是全球半导体行业周期上行，AI驱动需求持续高增；二是下游应用多点开花，AI Agent、人形机器人、端侧AI等持续拉动上游基建投资；三是国内存储芯片价格上涨，存储龙头扩产成为行业重要事件型驱动，资本开支乐观上行。
