Kingstone Authorizes 1 Million Share Repurchase Program

Kingstone (KINS) said Tuesday its board of directors authorized a repurchase program to buy back up to 1 million common shares over the next two years.

The targeted volume represents about 6.9% of the company's outstanding common stock as of March 31, 2026, the company said.

Shares of the company rose 2.2% in Tuesday premarket trading.
