智通财经APP讯，映恩生物-B(09606)公布，董事会拟行使公司股东于2025年6月 20日举行的股东周年大会上授予的一般授权项下的权力，于适当时机在公开市场购回公司股份。股份购回计划拟动用最多4000万美元购回股份。公司将以其内部资金为购回股份提供资金，并拟将根据股份购回计划购回的股份作为库存股份持有。
董事会认为，股份当前成交价未能反映其内在价值及公司业务前景，现为公司购回股份的良机。股份购回计划反映董事会及管理层团队对公司的长期策略及增长充满信心。董事会认为，股份购回计划符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
另外，公司创始人、董事会主席、执行董事兼首席执行官朱忠远博士，基于对本集团未来发展前景的信心及对公司长期投资价值的认可，拟在遵守上市规则及其他适用法律法规的前提下，以自有资金透过公开市场购买公司股份，增持总金额不超过500万美元。
