1131 GMT - Knorr-Bremse is expected to provide a positive strategy statement alongside second-quarter earnings on July 30, Citi analysts write in a note. The German braking-system manufacturer is due to provide an update on its midterm targets and could guide for an EBIT margin of 16% for 2029, Citi says. "While the macro backdrop is likely to remain volatile, near-term we see healthy end-market momentum, especially in the U.S." Management has forecast an operating EBIT margin of around 14% for the year and Citi believes this could come in at 14.4%. Citi raises its rating on the company to buy from neutral and the target price on its stock to 123 euros from 116 euros. Shares are up 2.6% at 103.40 euros. (ian.walker@wsj.com)
