智通财经APP讯，德银天下(02418)发布公告，兹提述公司于2026年5月19日就在联交所回购公司H股所作的翌日披露报表。于2026年5月19日，本公告刊发前，公司已于公开市场购回1354.65万股公司H股股份作为库存股份。由于该等回购H股根据上市规则将不再被视为由公众人士持有，公司已选用替代门槛以符合上市规则第19A.28B条项下有关最低公众持股量要求。董事会认为，选用替代门槛将为公司日后进行资本管理活动时提供更大灵活性。
于2026年5月19日，公司公众持股量市值(根据上市规则第19A.28A条计算)为26.89亿港元，不低于10亿港元，而公司公众持股量百分比为公司已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)的约24.59%。因此，公司符合上市规则第19A.28B(1)条之替代门槛要求。
根据上市规则(包括第19A.28D条)，公司将于日后的月报表及年报内作出必要披露，并将持续监察其公众持股量水平。
