智通财经APP获悉，南方科创板50(03109)涨超3%，该ETF为首只在港交所上市的追踪科创板50指数的ETF。就权重股来看，大部分处于当下热门的半导体行业截至发稿，涨3.6%，报16.99港元，成交额559.3万港元。
消息面上，5月19日，算力产业链走强，带动科创50指数涨超3%。其中，芯原股份大涨超15%创历史新高，中微公司一度涨超8%。东莞证券认为，国内头部CSP均上调资本开支指引，持续加码AI领域相关投入，预计国产算力产业链将维持高景气度。东吴机械分析师表示，目前下游存储与先进逻辑芯片两大领域均在积极扩产，将直接带动产业链设备需求。但同时也要警惕先进逻辑扩产预期存在不确定性，技术迭代加快可能引发资本开支压力与设备需求结构误判。
