过去几个月，已有包括 Barnabé Monnot、Tim Beiko、Trent Van Epps、Alex Stokes 等多位核心研究者和协议协调者相继离开或淡出。此外，2025 年加入的联合执行董事 Tomasz Stańczak 也在今年较早时候离职。
报道称，此轮离职潮发生在以太坊基金会今年早些时候发布新使命宣言之后。该宣言试图重新定义基金会在生态中的角色，强调其并非以太坊的“所有者”或中心权威，而是众多支持者之一。
