ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，在万事达卡放弃投资计划后，加密基础设施公司 Zerohash 正以超过 15 亿美元的估值进行新一轮融资。万事达卡此前曾考虑对该公司进行战略投资，但随后以 18 亿美元收购了 BVNK，放弃了原计划。Zerohash 正在以高于年初讨论的 15 亿美元估值筹集新资金。
该公司成立于 2017 年，为金融机构和金融科技公司提供 API 和嵌入式开发工具，服务覆盖 190 个国家的 500 多万用户，客户包括摩根士丹利、盈透证券、Stripe、贝莱德的 BUIDL 基金、富兰克林坦伯顿和 DraftKings。Zerohash 在 2025 年 9 月以 10 亿美元估值完成 1.04 亿美元 D-2 轮融资，由盈透证券领投。
