消息面上，5月19日晚，欢喜传媒宣布与范式智能订立战略合作及合资框架协议书，协议各订约方拟透过结合公司在影视领域的产业优势及范式智能在人工智能的专业能力，在影视创作、互动文娱、游戏开发、知识产权周边衍生等领域以成立合资企业为合作平台建立战略合作伙伴关系。
此外，公司与范式智能全资附属公司Phancy International Limited订立认购协议，拟按每股0.275港元配发7.31亿股新股，占扩大后股本约14.30%，集资总额约2.01亿港元。资金主要将用于投资AI影视制作及一般营运资金。公司还与Phancy International Limited订立首份大模型API服务协议，总价为2000万美元（约合1.57亿港元），按集团应用AI于影视制作时所消耗Token量计费，协议有效期为两年。
