Hybio Pharmaceutical (SHE:300199) signed a framework agreement for the sale of peptide active pharmaceutical ingredients with an undisclosed counterparty.
The agreement covers certain markets in the Americas, with a minimum sales value of 327 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the pharmaceutical company were down 1% in recent trade.
