5月20日金融一线消息，中国平安2025年年度股东大会在深圳召开。中国平安联席CEO郭晓涛表示，未来寿险行业有非常强劲的动力，平安对寿险发展的策略是均衡渠道、均衡产品。
郭晓涛指出，即除了个险代理人，目前银保渠道已经取得爆发式增长，现在已成为重要渠道，未来是驱动平安寿险业绩的重要力量。同时社区经营渠道正在培育增长，对存续单能提供稳定的服务，现在慢慢进入高速成长区间。另外，目前正在孵化中的兼职代理人渠道，在下沉市场潜力巨大。随着AI的发展，平安还在同步构建线上渠道。
郭晓涛表示，除了渠道均衡策略，还有产品均衡策略，根据渠道特色、面临客群，匹配不同特色产品。这样，平安新业务价值率有望稳定增长，持续提升。
