据知情人士透露，Stellantis即将宣布与东风汽车成立合资企业，并达成协议，在其位于法国雷恩的工厂为这家中国汽车制造商生产至少一款岚图品牌的纯电动汽车。

　　消息人士称，根据两家公司签署的意向书，Stellantis将持有合资公司51%的股份。消息人士补充说，该交易最早可能在周三上午宣布。

　　此举建立在上周宣布的一项协议之上，根据该协议，东风汽车将在中国生产Jeep和标致品牌的汽车。Stellantis将于周四举行资本市场日活动，届时首席执行官Antonio Filosa预计将向投资者阐述其重夺北美和欧洲市场份额的计划。

　　此次合作也使Stellantis走在了传统汽车制造商努力促使中国汽车公司利用欧洲各地闲置工厂的前沿。

　　东风汽车进入欧洲市场的时间相对较短，目前仅在包括意大利和波兰在内的少数几个市场销售汽车。根据Dataforce的数据，2025年，该公司在欧洲仅售出3210辆东风和岚图品牌的汽车。

　　本月早些时候，Stellantis宣布与中国合作伙伴零跑汽车达成协议，将在西班牙联合生产汽车。两家汽车制造商将于2023年成立一家合资企业，Stellantis持有51%的股份。
