消息面上，创维集团昨日披露私有化及分拆光伏上市每月更新公告。创维光伏拟于2026年5月下旬召开股东大会，就分派及创维光伏上市取得股东批准；创维光伏已于2026年4月28日完成公司改制，由"深圳创维光伏科技有限公司"更名为"深圳创维光伏科技股份有限公司"，每股面值由人民币1元调整为0.2元。中金此前称，考虑到公司拟分拆上市，新能源业务内在价值有望充分体现。
