智通财经APP获悉，时代电气(03898)涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.47%，报42.52港元，成交额2.26亿港元。
消息面上，时代电气日前在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，三期株洲SiC产线于2025年底投产，目前正在产能爬坡过程中，公司车规级SiC产品已有小批量交付。兴业证券此前指出，2026年公司株洲三期碳化硅项目投产部分产能，随着宜兴三期和株洲三期项目的投产，公司的功率半导体产能增长迅速。
第一上海指出，半导体新工厂满产，新能源发电、汽车电驱趋势向好：宜兴新工厂在25年中达成3万片/月满产，收入实现高速增长。株洲8英寸碳化硅产线在2025年底实现产线拉通，将进入1-2年的产能爬坡释放期。新能源发电事业部独立运作，已实现小幅盈利，未来将凭藉与母公司株洲所的业务合作，在光伏、风电、储能PCS上有更多业务拓展。汽车电驱合作主流车企，站稳第一梯队，新突破奇瑞、上汽等客户，交付量显著提升。
