消息面上，诺诚健华此前发布公告，新型口服、潜在同类最佳的IL-17AA/AF抑制剂 ICP-054 (ZB021)的1期临床试验完成首例受试者入组。目前，全球尚无口服IL-17抑制剂获批上市或处于后期开发阶段。ICP-054的口服小分子特性，在用药便利性、患者依从性以及临床可及性上，有潜力比目前已获批的生物制剂IL-17疗法更具优势。
值得注意的是，2025年10月，公司的全资子公司InnoCarePharmaInc.与ZenasBioPharma,Inc.签署授权许可协议，公司将口服IL-17AA/AF抑制剂ICP-054（ZB021）在大中华区及东南亚地区以外区域的独家开发、生产和商业化权利授予Zenas。
