绿色能源科技集团（00979）发布公告，内容有关出售位于德国的房地产及资产。董事会欣然宣布，于2026年5月22日，在优先通知登记落实及房地产卖方EnviroAssets GmbH（公司间接全资附属公司）收讫房地产代价后，房地产出售事项已完成，据此，与房地产相关的占有、使用、产权负担、风险、责任及交通安全义务已由房地产卖方转移至房地产买方Hanse Prometheus GmbH；及资产出售事项已完成，据此，资产的所有权及占有权已由资产卖方EnviroPlastics GmbH（由公司间接持有90%）转移至资产买方Reva Polymers GmbH，且资产卖方与转让员工之间仅涉及或主要涉及该业务的雇佣关系已转移至资产买方。
