以色列食品科技公司Steakholder Foods于5月21日宣布推出全新的植物基餐食产品线，受此利好消息刺激，公司股价当日大幅上涨逾10%，盘中最高触及1.58美元，收报1.56美元。

　　此次推出的产品线名为Perfecta，定位为下一代植物基蛋白平台，口号为完美植物基肉类。产品系列涵盖整切植物基产品，旨在模拟牛排和鸡胸肉的口感与形态，同时还包括挤压成型系列，如仿三文鱼、白鱼及汉堡肉饼等。所有产品均采用公司自主研发的3D打印技术及专有生产工艺，能够模拟传统肉类的复杂纤维结构和口感，并创造出类似大理石花纹的脂肪分布特征。

　　根据计划，Perfecta将于2026年下半年在美国东北部地区分阶段推出，随后随着供应链与分销网络的扩展，逐步向零售渠道延伸。Steakholder Foods首席执行官Arik Kaufman表示，进军美国市场是公司商业化进程中的关键一步，体现了公司在技术上的成熟度以及进入全球最重要市场之一的准备与决心。

　　Steakholder Foods成立于2019年，专注于开发3D打印生产设备及专有预混配方，旨在帮助各类规模的制造商高效生产替代蛋白产品。此次产品线发布标志着公司从技术授权模式向直接面向消费者的品牌战略转型。
