路透5月21日 - 印度瓦伦饮料公司（VARB.NS）周四表示，已将其与百事公司（PEP.O）在印度的独家装瓶协议延长了10年。
瓦伦饮料公司表示，该独家装瓶授权及商标许可协议的有效期已从2039年4月30日延长至2049年4月30日。
作为百事公司在美国以外最大的装瓶合作伙伴之一，该公司表示，此前协议曾限制其仅作为百事公司业务的特殊目的实体（SPV）运作。修订后的协议已取消了这一限制。
该公司表示：“此前协议限制Varun Beverages‘不得从事除作为百事公司业务SPV以外的任何活动，如今这一要求已在修订后的企业行为协议（EBA）中删除。”
该公司未披露修订后协议的更多细节。
