2026年5月22日，上海市第一中级人民法院（以下简称上海一中院）公开宣判中国远洋海运集团有限公司原党组管理正职领导干部隋军受贿、挪用公款一案，对被告人隋军犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十年六个月，并处罚金人民币一百万元，犯挪用公款罪，判处有期徒刑五年六个月，决定执行有期徒刑十二年六个月，并处罚金人民币一百万元；违法所得及收益予以追缴。

经审理查明：1999年至2022年，被告人隋军利用担任大连中海集装箱国际货运代理有限公司总经理、中海北方物流有限公司（以下简称北方物流公司）总经理、中海集装箱运输大连有限公司总经理、中海集装箱运输股份有限公司副总经理及中远海运集装箱运输有限公司副总经理等职务上的便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，直接或者通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为他人在开展船代业务、运输业务、亲属入职、承接工程等方面提供帮助、谋取利益，非法收受他人给予的财物共计折合人民币1,015万余元。

2004年10月，被告人隋军利用担任北方物流公司总经理职务上的便利，为谋取个人利益，接受他人请托，隐瞒资金真实用途，将公款人民币1,777万余元出借给相关公司经营使用。2005年11月至2006年1月，北方物流公司陆续收回上述资金。

上海一中院认为，被告人隋军的行为构成受贿罪、挪用公款罪，且受贿数额特别巨大，挪用公款情节严重，依法应予惩处。综合考虑隋军具有坦白情节及违法所得追缴情况等，依法对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
