智通财经APP讯，思考乐教育(01769)发布公告，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所已连续十年担任公司核数师，而公司与罗兵咸永道的合约即将到期。经全面考虑公司的业务发展、成本效益及对审计服务的需要后，公司董事会及公司审核委员会已检讨更换核数师的需要。因此，本次业务约定书订立的服务期限届满后，罗兵咸永道将退任公司独立核数师职务，自2026年6月18日举行之公司应届股东周年大会结束后生效，而不会被续聘。此外，经审核委员会建议，董事会决议建议在罗兵咸永道退任后委任容诚(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任独立核数师，但须获股东于应届股东周年大会上批准。
