智通财经APP讯，海底捞(06862)发布公告，董事会已获本公司控股股东、执行董事、董事会主席兼首席执行官张勇先生(张先生)告知，其于2026年5月21日至2026年5月22日以其个人资金在公开市场按平均价格约每股13.39港元购买合共1135万股本公司普通股。紧随上述购买后，张先生直接及间接持有本公司合共20.94亿股股份，占本公司已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)约37.56%。
如张先生所告知，其对本集团的整体发展前景及潜在增长充满信心。遵照适用法律及监管规定，张先生不排除其可能于适当时候进一步增持本公司股份。
