Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. ("Harvest") announces the following distributions for Harvest High Income Shares ETFs $(TM)$ for the month ending May 31, 2026. The distribution will be paid on or about June 5, 2026 to securityholders of record on May 29, 2026 with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2026.
