BGT Group (SHE:300774) appointed Zhang Xiaomei as chief financial officer and Liu Fengshou as deputy general manager.
Zhang Xiaomei served as financial controller of Zhongkui Group until April, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse. Liu serves as general manager of BGT Group's Sixth Division.
Former CFO Zhang Teng remains as director.
Shares of the water treatment services provider closed 14% higher Friday.
