智通财经APP讯，联华超市(00980)发布公告，经董事会推荐，徐晓一女士将获提名委任为第九届董事会执行董事，吴司韵女士及田颖杰女士将获提名委任为第九届董事会非执行董事，彼等任期将由股东周年大会之日起至本公司2028年度股东周年大会结束之日止，惟须受制于本公司公司章程。
董事会推荐第八届董事会现任董事王晓琰女士、张慧勤女士、曹海伦先生、夏大慰先生、李国明先生、陈玮先生及赵歆晟先生作为第九届董事会董事候选人膺选连任，彼等任期将由股东周年大会之日起至本公司2028年度股东周年大会结束之日止，惟须受制于本公司公司章程。相关决议案将于股东周年大会上提呈。现任非执行董事濮韶华先生、沈沉女士及杨琴女士将于第八届董事会的任期届满时(即股东周年大会当日)退任。
