Vertiv (VRT) showed a differentiated value proposition at the second day of its investor conference with innovation cycles, scale of offerings, and expertise across domains, Oppenheimer said in a Thursday note.
"The ability to translate the value proposition into higher wallet share vs. current mix-weighted $3.25-3.75/MW, in our view, argues for upside vs. 2030 targets," the report said.
The report also said its roadmap within power management, thermal management, IT solutions and services broadly aligns with technology trends.
Revenue growth rate for FY27-28 is raised to reflect stronger revenue prospect, higher capex and free cash flow conversion in line with the firm's updated financial targets, the note said.
Oppenheimer raised its price target to $353 from $330 and kept its outperform rating on the stock.
