新浪科技讯 5月21日晚间消息，在今日的YU7 GT小米人车家全生态新品发布会上，小米集团董事长、CEO雷军发表演讲。
发布会上，小米YU7 GT发布，定位跑车级SUV，主打高性能、豪华舒适、长续航。
小米YU7 GT要不要去纽北刷圈？雷军表示，当时内部争议很大。纽北官方圈速榜SUV名单，2014年以来跑完全程的SUV仅4款，并且都是百万豪车。经过内部反复讨论决定，把成绩放在一边，用赛道来调校。最终小米YU7 GT展示的实力远超想象，以7分34秒931刷新纽北SUV圈速全新记录。
发布会上，他宣布，小米YU7 GT再以7分22秒755的成绩刷新纽北SUV圈速纪录14s，成为纽北史上最速SUV。雷军表示，纽北知名弯道有50处，小米YU7 GT与保时捷Cayenne Turbo GT弯心速度对比，实现了32胜17负1平。
