智通财经APP讯，中远海发(601866.SH)发布公告，公司全资子公司“东方富利11”拟通过概括继受造船合同项下权利义务的方式，向中远海运散货运输有限公司(简称“中远海运散运”)全资子公司“惠丰公司”购入8艘在建的21万吨级散货船，交易所涉转让款为13.87亿元(不含税)，剩余造船款4.24亿美元(不含税)将按照造船合同约定继续支付给造船方。
此外，公司全资子公司“东方富利12”拟通过概括继受造船合同项下权利义务的方式，向中远海运散运全资子公司“敦和船务”购入2艘在建的6.4万吨级散货船，交易所涉转让款为2498.97万美元(不含税)，剩余造船款4615万美元(不含税)将按照造船合同约定继续支付给造船方。
通过本次交易，公司将进一步发挥产融协同优势，提升公司船舶资产规模和质量，夯实公司船舶租赁业务的发展基石，贡献长期稳定收入与现金流，提高公司整体财务稳健性，增强公司可持续发展动力。同时，公司将协同航运产业链上下游企业共同深耕“造、租、运”人民币应用场景，进一步深化人民币在国际航运领域实践运用，提升市场竞争实力。
