智通财经APP讯，中远海发(02866)发布公告，由于信永中和及信永中和(香港)连续担任公司年度审计机构年限分别已满八年及四年，根据《国有企业、上市公司选聘会计师事务所管理办法》等有关规定，为进一步强化核数师独立性，落实核数师轮换制度，董事会认为于适当时期轮换其境内核数师、内部控制核数师以及国际核数师属良好的企业管治常规。
董事会决议建议委任立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(立信)为公司2026年度境内核数师及2026年度内部控制核数师，以及立信德豪为公司2026年度国际核数师;任期由2025年度股东会结束至下届公司年度股东会结束为止。该建议任命须待股东于年度股东会上批准，并完成立信和立信德豪分别根据相关规定进行的客户承接程序方可作实。
