智通财经APP讯，乐思集团(02540)发布公告，于2026年5月21日(交易时段后)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司已有条件同意透过配售代理按竭尽所能基准配售合共最多 1亿股配售股份予承配人(彼等及其最终实益拥有人须为独立于本公司及其关连人士的第三方)。配售事项项下最多1亿股配售股份相当于本公司于本公告日期5亿股现有已发行股本的20%，及经配发及发行所有配售股份后扩大之已发行股本的约16.67%(假设于配售协议日期及完成日期本公司股本并无变动)。配售事项项下配售股份的最高数目之总面值将为10万美元。
每股配售股份0.700港元的配售价较于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.820港元折让约14.63%。
配售事项的最高所得款项总额将约为7000万港元。配售事项的最高所得款项净额将为约6890万港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作下列用途：35%用于与AI短片制作及AI广告技术研发相关的技术升级;55%用于透过优化媒体分发网络以扩大客户基础的业务发展;及10.0%，用于本集团的一般营运资金。完成后每股股份筹集的最高净价约为每股股份0.689港元。
