智通财经APP讯，大唐环境(01272)发布公告，于2026年5月21日，本公司全资附属公司水务工程技术的分公司水务工程技术延安分公司作为卖方，与买方大唐延安热电厂订立资产转让协议。根据资产转让协议，水务工程技术延安分公司有条件同意出售，而大唐延安热电厂有条件同意收购目标资产，代价为人民币5781.18万元。 目标资产为位于中国陕西省延安市宝塔区大唐延安热电厂厂区内，该项目项下的全部资产，包括水务工程技术拥有的若干楼宇、建筑物、机械设备及电子设备(合共138项)。 由于该项目一直处于亏损状态，且未来盈利能力存在不确定性，董事认为该项目无法实现长期商业利益。因此，进行出售事项旨在优化本集团资产结构、盘活现有资产及收回投资资金。董事认为，出售事项让本公司可将收回的资金分配至其他潜在投资项目，提升本集团整体资产使用效率。
