　　该基金于2024年9月11日在NYSE Arca交易所上市，是一只主动管理型ETF，目前管理资产规模约为1.2亿美元。其核心策略为合成备兑认购期权策略，通过卖出Super Micro Computer Inc股票的看涨期权价差来获取期权费收入，同时持有美国短期国债作为期权交易的抵押品并产生额外利息。该基金不直接投资于SMCI股票，其投资目标是为投资者提供持续的每周收入，次要目标是与SMCI股价变动保持一定程度的参与。
