ChainCatcher 消息，跨链网络 Everclear 官方在社交平台宣布，已决定结束 Everclear 基金会和 Labs 的运营，并停止产品开发。目前，该协议已关停，Everclear UI 及链均已停止运行。团队表示协议内剩余 TVL 已被全数撤出，据其所知暂无用户资金被困。
关于关停原因，Everclear 表示，尽管此前月交易量曾达到 5 亿美元，但由于跨链求解器（solver）领域的用户对价格高度敏感，团队未能建立足够的商业深度并将其转化为有效收入。此外，团队在过去六个月向 B2B2C 模式转型的过程中耗尽了资金（runway），且探索的多项收购方案也均未获成功。
针对后续安排，Everclear 正在进行有序清算以处理未偿债务。团队表示，若债务结清后仍有资金剩余，将探索回购现有代币，潜在的回购总额预估在 5 万至 20 万美元之间，但目前尚未最终确定。此外，基金会正考虑将协议的知识产权（IP）开源，以赋予 DAO 在新管理下继续推进工作的选择权，目前 DAO 本身仍在维持运作。
