智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月21日，手回集团(02621)股东将股票由富途证券国际香港转入摩根士丹利香港证券，转仓市值3849.36万港元，占比5.40%。
5月20日，手回集团公布，为表明彼等各自对公司长期价值及未来前景的坚定信心，(i)光耀先生(公司执行董事、董事会主席兼首席执行官)；(ii)韩立炜先生(公司执行董事兼首席技术官)；(iii) 刘丽女士(公司执行董事兼首席产品官)；及(iv)由光耀先生、韩立炜先生及刘丽女士控制的若干实体，已自愿承诺于自2026年5月30日开始的六个月期间内，不会处置(包括但不限于出售或抵押)彼等或彼等各自控制实体直接或间接实益拥有的公司任何股份。
于本公告日期，禁售股份总数为7896.48万股，占公司已发行股本总额(不包括库存股份)的约35.01%。
