智通财经APP讯，时代邻里(09928)发布公告，于2026年5月22日，时代信汇(本公司的全资附属公司，作为委托人及受益人)进一步认购第一项理财产品，投资额为人民币3000万元。除认购日期及投资金额外，第三次认购事项的主要条款与第一次认购事项的条款大致相同。信托协议(一)(关于第一项理财产品)的条款亦将适用于第三次认购事项。
此外，于2026年5月22日，时代信汇(作为委托人及受益人)与广发证券(作为投资顾问)及财信信托(作为受托人)订立信托协议(三)认购第三项理财产品，投资额为人民币3000万元。
于本公告日期，经计及先前认购事项及目前认购事项后，本集团认购的第一项理财产品、第二项理财产品及第三项理财产品之尚未赎回投资总额分别为人民币4500万元、人民币2500万元及人民币3000万元。
